Job Description

  • Secretary provides both clerical and administrative support to professionals, either as part of a team or individually.
  • The role plays a vital part in the administration and smooth-running of businesses throughout industry.

Scoop of Work:

  • Most work involves both written and oral English communication and correspondence, Internet Research, word processing and typing, as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

Main Duties:

  • Internet Research processing.
  • Audio and copy typing
  • Letter writing
  • Dealing with telephone and email inquiries
  • Creating and maintaining filing systems
  • Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes - shorthand may be required
  • Keeping diaries and arranging appointments

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Languages School graduates is a must.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Excellent Internet research skills is a must
  • Experience 1-2 years .
