Job Description

  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
  • Handle and prioritize all out going or incoming correspondence ( e-mail, letter, packages, etc. )
  • Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure that most cost-effective orders.
  • Make travel arrangements for executives.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Assistant sales department in coordination between the factory and the admin office.
  • Enough knowledge in logistics and import / export documentation.
  • Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping.

Job Requirements

  • Must be female.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Degree in business administration or relative field.
  • Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in MS office and all related applications.
  • Familiarity with basic research method and reporting techniques.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Integrity and confidentiality.
  • presentable.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
