Job Description
- Responsible for Train the new hires in sales Department to give them full information about OPPO and the technical training about OPPO's product sales skills.
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of training through assessment.
- Researching new technologies and methodologies in
- Workplace learning and presenting this research.
- Supporting and motivating the promoters in the stores to achieve their targets.
- Responsible for training material and it's update.
- Responsible for the promotional activities.
Job Requirements
- Presentable and courteous
- Very good listening skills
- Very good communication (orally and written), interpersonal, and team work skills
- Have presentation skills and the ability to convince.
- Have the Ability to travel outside Alexandria like (Kafr El Shiekh, , Beharia and Marsa Matrouh ) to train our employees there.
