Job Description
The position is responsible for delivering effective, aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy creative for websites content, web pages content, email promotional creative, social media graphics, and banner ads.
The Digital Designer reports to the Head of Digital Operations and works closely with the Director of Business Development and Project Managers.
Job Duties
- Produce the design and production for websites content, social media graphics and banners, static and rich banner ads and email campaigns.
- Translate offline/online Marketing strategies into effective designs.
- Work with the digital team and internal and external resources to ensure quality
- Work with Head of Digital Operations to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs.
- Manage and produce digital design work, including banner sizing and versioning.
- Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital fronts.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years successful professional design experience, preferably at a digital agency or in-house Web team.
- Strong portfolio of design work, showing solution to business problems through effective design.
- Able to present concepts.
- Experience in digital marketing with a strong knowledge of Photoshop.
- Experience designing social media posts, banners and online advertising banners mainly for Google Ad-Words.
- Strong work ethic and personal accountability
