Job Description
- Assist in communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, and face to face.
- Managing customers complaints & resolving customers issue.
- Manage company Cash in & Cash out process covering issuing notes, recording & reporting.
- Arranging and organizing schedules for customers & instructors.
- Tracking Customers satisfaction & report surveys results to management.
- Arranging meetings inside the company & following up on actions taken.
- Handling day to day operations covering files keeping, recording & consolidating employees report.
- Maintaining employee records (attendance – vacations – complaints).
- Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations whenever needed.
- Enrich company Profile with recent achievements and business offerings.
