Job Description

  • Assist in communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, and face to face.
  • Managing customers complaints & resolving customers issue.
  • Manage company Cash in & Cash out process covering issuing notes, recording & reporting.
  • Arranging and organizing schedules for customers & instructors.
  • Tracking Customers satisfaction & report surveys results to management.
  • Arranging meetings inside the company & following up on actions taken.
  • Handling day to day operations covering files keeping, recording & consolidating employees report.
  • Maintaining employee records (attendance – vacations – complaints).
  • Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations whenever needed.
  • Enrich company Profile with recent achievements and business offerings.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good English.
