Job Description
- Responsible for all administrative work needed for sales department as requested.
• Contact developers for tracking units availability, phase launching and forwarding it to Sales Department
• Contact developers for new projects updates and forwarding it Marketing Department.
• Receive all visitors to the company, ensuring that their requirements are promptly dealt with and that they are given a favorable impression of the company.
• Supervise the collection and delivery of incoming and outgoing mail to ensure that it is promptly delivered to the correct addresses, internally and externally.
• Receive deliveries for staff in the building.
• Maintain the reception area in a tidy manner so that a favorable first impression is given to any visitors.
• Organizing and servicing meetings (meeting room checklist, producing agendas and taking minutes).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Experience: From1 to 2 years in the same position.
- Excellent in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
- Attention to details and problem solving.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Strong Communication Skills.
