Job Description
Administrative Tasks:
- Assist in the management of the office premises.
- Availability for translation and administrative tasks by telephone and/or email as needed.
- Manage administrative and logistical tasks, as requested.
- Daily management of online databases.
- Preparation of weekly, monthly and annual organizational statistics.
- Provide translation for correspondence, documents, reports, training materials, email and other written materials in a timely manner.
- Participate in the logistics management and maintenance of office equipment.
- Monitor the maintenance of the work locations.
- Other tasks as needed for office administration.
- Assist in management of office financial accounts and excel documentation.
Job Requirements
- Relevant University degree
- Excellent – Fluent English – Arabic spoken and written languages
- Minimum 2 years experience in Admin work.
- Accounting background is preferred
- Motivated and flexible worker
- Capacity to work under pressure
- Good computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Good editorial and analyzing skills
- Ability to work cooperatively with other staff
