Job Description

Administrative Tasks:

  • Assist in the management of the office premises.
  • Availability for translation and administrative tasks by telephone and/or email as needed.
  • Manage administrative and logistical tasks, as requested.
  • Daily management of online databases.
  • Preparation of weekly, monthly and annual organizational statistics.
  • Provide translation for correspondence, documents, reports, training materials, email and other written materials in a timely manner.
  • Participate in the logistics management and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Monitor the maintenance of the work locations.
  • Other tasks as needed for office administration.
  • Assist in management of office financial accounts and excel documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant University degree
  • Excellent – Fluent English – Arabic spoken and written languages
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Admin work.
  • Accounting background is preferred
  • Motivated and flexible worker
  • Capacity to work under pressure
  • Good computer skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Good editorial and analyzing skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively with other staff
