Job Description
- Manage all social media advertising efforts, including ad creative, targeting, budgeting, and reporting
- Support online marketing initiatives
- Curate and publish web content by working with product experts and writers, establishing and following a content calendar.
- Manage and build the online communities through various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others), with a goal of driving brand awareness, engaging users, and meeting unique campaign goals
- Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends, growth, and enhancements
- Effectively prioritize digital marketing requests based on company and marketing goals, managing expectations appropriately
- Weekly team meetings, reporting on results of campaigns and online marketing efforts
- Working within individual digital campaign budgets, managing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPI), such as engagement, conversions, and reach.
- Measuring and monitoring performance on a daily basis
- Assist in development of online content and communications plans.
- Develop and maintain content for the website, including blogging, and social media channels.
- Cultivation of leads and sales
Job Requirements
- Experience with social media advertising, specifically Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn advertising.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in related field
- preferably have experience in Real-estate field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience with MS Office: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Familiar with editing and illustrating programs is a plus.
- Experience coordinating and managing projects
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills including proven influencing, communicating, and teamwork are required
- Strong relationship building skills, demonstrated consultative approach and influencing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate with all levels within an organization and to work collaboratively
- Highly self-motivated, willingness to take risk and detail-oriented
- Ability to master complex tasks with minimal supervision
