Job Description
- Demonstrate how to carry out various exercises and routine.
- Watch clients while exercising and show or tell them the correct techniques to minimize injury.
- Improve fitness, give alternative exercises during workouts or classes for different levels of fitness.
- Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations on sports.
- Recreational activities, and the use of exercise equipment.
- Give clients information or resources about nutrition, weight control, and lifestyle issues.
- Give emergency first aid if needed.
Job Requirements
- Education: Graduated from faculty of Physical Education or having experience in training.
- Previous experience in a well known places.
- Experience: From 1 - 3 years.
- Presentable.
- Cairo Resident.
