Job Description
- Maintaining databases and writing departmental status reports.
- Schedules appointments and meetings for executives and upper level staff.
- Tracks office supply inventory and approves supply order.
- Identify and formulate goals required to adjust the performance of the Office of the Director General.
- Participation in the formulation of general manager office management procedures and all that followed him.
- Greeted visitors to the Director General.
- Review and adoption of the timetable and coordination of the private general manager interviews, and a statement of what has been postponed with the stated reasons for the delay.
- Prepare a weekly plan containing the Director General's actions
- Ensure keeping and maintenance of all the files for the office so as to ensure their safety and speed of access when needed.
- Review the work of receiving mail and indexing of these documents before submission to the Director-General
- Review the preparations for the meetings of the Special Director General and the coordination and processing of all documents pertaining to the subject of the meeting.
- Review the organization and indexing of internal reports from other departments, sections and presented to the Director General and the follow-up decision of the Director General on them and recorded in their own records.
