Job Description
- Telesales agents are office-based workers who sell products and services for Mubasher over the phone.
- Generating as much revenue as possible, telesales agents can be expected to manage accounts and maintain client relationships, all through making and taking phone calls

- A telesales is primarily responsible for doing inbound calls to customers generating Leads.
- Incoming calls from customers, understanding their problems or requests, interpreting the available details, forwarding requests or complains to the concerned departments
- Keeping record of account details, processing customer requests, making follow up calls, and performing other tasks assigned by the customer service manager.
- Telesales agent is primarily responsible for promoting products
- A telesales agent typically reports to a call center manager.
Job Requirements
- One or more years of administrative field experience in the same position
- V.Good all round PC skills with knowledge of common office applications
- Good oral English required and adequate written preferred
- Preferable Males
- Excellent Sales Skills.
