Job Description
- Conduct fair, equitable and competitive compensation packages that are aligned to Alkan CIT group’s strategy and goals
- Ensure all compensation and benefits policies and procedures are implemented properly
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation and laws
- Contribute to administering employees’ insurance, pension and savings plans
- Revise the new hires registered in the ERP System
- Responsible for conducting the Human Resources budget in accordance with the Compensation and Benefits Manager and Human Resources Director
- Coordinate with the Recruitment section to ensure that the annual manpower plan is within the budget
- Design, implement, and manage grading structure and salary classification
- Responsible for the market survey handled on annual basis and ensure the group is investing in the segments of workforce that contribute the most value to the group
- Responsible for introducing new benefits to the group and administer the benefits that shall be approved
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
- 5-7 years of experience in the Human Resources Department
- Human Resources certifications are preferable
