- Manage all Square incoming calls
- Operating all social media customer request.
- Identify and assess customers, needs to achieve satisfaction by build sustainable relationships and trust.
- Updating new channels (B to B) in collaboration with the Marketing and Business development.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns with the marketing and business developer to see the goals achievement and (R.O.I).
- Provide accurate, valid and complete client information to be updated on client database
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, follow and ensure solutions.
- Execute all web, email, social media advertising campaigns and Social Media presence.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department, propose and create new ideas.
- Operating a lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to Square selling channels.
- Check each week Square displays in our channels.
- Updating the customer B to C file through identifying the main characteristics of SQUARE’s clients.
- Maintains sales volume scheduling and following up on work results.
Job Requirements
- Flexible, Sociable, Detail Oriented and Smart person.
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing, PR & CRM field.
- Very good in Negotiation, Communication & Presentation skills.
- Very good in Multi-tasking
- Familiar with Social Media channels.
- Fluent in the English language.
