Job Description
Manages a team of highly qualified resources that services IT for healthcare domain.
Responsibilities include:
- Act as a knowledge expert in software development lifecycle to the development team.
- Ensure that the project plans delivered by the demand team is correct and in sync with the project scope and milestones.
- Set the road map and technical strategies for all projects assigned within domain.
- Review the requirements and validate the technical feasibility.
- Align with the project tasks and due dates to ensure on-time project deliverables.

- Report required project resources, project progress, risks on time to project manager and top management.
- Ensure that all delivered tasks fulfill the requirements and are well tested.
- Document the solution architecture and ensure that the detailed design of the solution is available for all the projects.
- Ensure successful release building and preparations of handover documents are complete prior to project handover to the proper teams.
- Research development technologies and evaluate new trends and technologies to enhance delivery quality and efficiency.
- Leading and coaching a team of technical resources through different phases of project life cycle.
- Establish and lead the culture of innovation within the team.
- Forecast annual resource requirements to plan team expansion.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Computer science / Computer Engineering
- Minimum 7 to 12 years Experience.
- Excellent communication skills and very Good Command of English language (Reading, Writing & Oral).
- Previous experience in both waterfall and agile SDLC's.
- Very Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Full knowledge of Java & Object orient principles
- Full knowledge in J2EE technologies (JSF, EJB 3.0, JMS and messaging principles, Web Services, XML and processing XML from Java).
- Knowledge in using different Application servers specially JBOSS & OC4J.
- Experience in UML and full confidence of design patterns (Desirable)
- Good knowledge of healthcare business (Desirable)
- Must have advanced analysis, leadership & coaching Skills.
- Ability to work under stress and mange deliverables of the whole team.
