Job Description
- Prepare and follow the production plans and daily reports
- Direct the production process from the beginning until the final product.
- Track the attendance, absence and the annuals reports.
- Coordinate with the other departments to achieve the production plan while maintaining the health and safety standers.
- Create a suitable work environment by making sure all the materials and the equipment for the production process are available.
- The ability to detect problems and find creative solutions to facilitate the production process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience as production manager in Garment industry.
- Strong computer skills including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Power point, Excel).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Age up to 45 years.
