Job Description
- Ensuring builder compliance with design specifications, and advising on design corrections under the architect's supervision.
- Analyze technical implications of architect's design concept, calculating weights, volumes, and stress factors.
- Resolve arising conflicts between various design components.
- Coordinate with other Technical Office engineers
- Calculating quantities and reviewing dimensions of the materials and the pricing of different items
- Estimate the required time for each item of the required works and a request to purchase in the required materials. Determine the type of raw materials and follow up their availability in the warehouse.
- Influence site management and drive safety and environmental leadership.
- Supervising the building work & Managing parts of construction projects
- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
- Insuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering architecture/Civil
- Capable of reading drawings and schematics.
- Strong Finishing background with eye to details
- Willing to adapt to flexible working hours
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
