Job Description

  • Organize and filter all depts. documents in professional way before director receives.
  • Organize office operations and procedures.
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
  • Maintain office filing system.
  • Assist Executive director in the administrative tasks.
  • Responsible for all clerical work, including the databases & the archiving system.
  • Answers calls, takes messages, handles correspondence.
  • Documents expenses and generates reports.
  • Handling daily administration works.
  • Responsible for all social media

Job Requirements
