Job Description

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinate on all office equipment.
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Assign and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff
  • Perform review and analysis of special projects and keep the management properly informed
  • Implement and maintain document management system
  • Establish and monitor procedures for keeping minutes.
  • Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments and bookings
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Review and approve office supply acquisitions
  • Manages the in and out communications system such as; telephone calls received and messages reception, transactions, etc. and transfers them as necessary
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
  • Attends workshops and conferences when requested
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • From 2  to 3  years of experience in same role.
  • Experience in construction companies is preferred.
  • Very good English language.
  • Presentable.
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and in email
