Job Description
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate on all office equipment.
- Provide general support to visitors
- Assign and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff
- Perform review and analysis of special projects and keep the management properly informed
- Implement and maintain document management system
- Establish and monitor procedures for keeping minutes.
- Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
- Coordinate schedules, appointments and bookings
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Review and approve office supply acquisitions
- Manages the in and out communications system such as; telephone calls received and messages reception, transactions, etc. and transfers them as necessary
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
- Attends workshops and conferences when requested
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- From 2 to 3 years of experience in same role.
- Experience in construction companies is preferred.
- Very good English language.
- Presentable.
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and in email
