Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Tour Operator to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, organizing.
- Managing travel itineraries and tour packages, ensuring that every client enjoys a smooth and memorable travel experience from start to finish.
- Italian, spanish, Portuguese, french , german, russian, chinese and and also speaking English is a must.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in tour operations, travel coordination, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tours simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and supplier interactions.
- Proficiency in using booking systems, travel software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work onsite in an office environment and collaborate with team members.
- Attention to detail in planning, documentation, and execution of tours.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure smooth tour operations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and client needs.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
