Job Description

  • Encouraging customers to purchase services and products using a script designed to indicate important parts of what the company offers as a preliminary measure . 
  • Use phone calls when necessary to build a customer relationship or answer any questions that have not been addressed in the script .
  • Advise potential and existing customers by answering questions and addressing concerns about the products they want to buy.
  • Updating database with new information every time a customer calls, and back up data regularly to protect customer information.
  • Following organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee customers receive exceptional service.

Job Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Good knowledge of the call center or sales basis.
  • Good listener and speaker.
  • Handling and solving problems skills.
  • Basic knowledge of English

Other Requirements:

  • Must have a high education certificate.
  • Must finished the military service.
  • Live in 6 Oct or around.
  • Max age is 35 y.
  • Presentable.
  • Males only.
