Job Description
The Associate Accounting Specialist is responsible for keeping the company's finances alive by planning, controlling, organizing and accounting them. Activities include establishing fiscal controls, preparing financial reports and advising on financial affairs.
The Associate Accounting Specialist is responsible for the Invoice booking on our system. The main responsibilities of this role are loading payment to be ready on banking platform. You will be responsible of the Expenses claims manual archiving and processing of booking, the management of the car Allowances.
You will be Archiving Invoices and all financial documents. You will be Controlling our warehouse.
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting or related field required
- 1 to 3 years of experience in payable team
- Good communication with external and internal stakeholders
- Fluent English language skills
- Computer skills (excel is a must)
