Job Description
- Develop an action plan for the company's sales movement in line with the company's sales policies in terms of (the company's sales target - the quality of products - prices ...... etc).
- Determining the needs of human resources (labor) in the company is required to achieve the sales target and the sales plan.
- Coordination of work between other departments (marketing - procurement - stores - production - finance).
- Follow up and monitor competitors' market movements to determine the company's position among other companies in the same field.
- Divide the sales areas (traffic routes - the boundaries of the sales areas - the time for visiting customers) and distribute them to the team.
- Directing and following up the sales team during the sales process to reach the sales target.
- Receiving all the problems facing the salesmen and developing solutions to them.
- Develop a good motivational program for salesmen (commissions - bonuses).
- Managing and monitoring the sales budget and providing the necessary information on how to manage it.
- Visiting customers periodically to determine the extent of customer satisfaction with products and company representatives.
- Evaluate employees and determine their training needs in coordination with the Human Resources Department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters degree
- Minimum of 10 years in Sales and a background in the FMCG industry (Meat and Poultry).
- Excellent Presentation Skills,
- Excellent Negotiation skills
