Farm Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assists and supports the Director of Agriculture to implement the necessary agricultural plans to secure the quantity and quality of the required products
• He participates with the director of agriculture in setting the annual budget for the farm to provide the production requirements of fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, labor, and equipment
• Coordinates with the Agriculture Director and is responsible for providing agricultural supplies (fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, labor, and equipment) to comply with the planting dates and quantity
• Tracks the movement of cars too, from and the farm with the logistics department in light of the planting and harvesting plan, and monitors the process of car regularity on the truck scale
• Monitors warehouse work and oversees the annual inventory process on the farm
• Supervises the preparation and cooking of food in accordance with the specifications required quality standards
• Coordinates with the labor contractors in providing the required seasonal labor
• Monitors the workers ’accommodation and makes sure that the appropriate housing is provided and the place is clean
• Ensures that safety, occupational health, and safety measures are applied at the site and takes the necessary measures in accordance with the announced policies.
• Follows up the maintenance of buildings, facilities, and office equipment in coordination with the various authorities
• He coordinates with the personnel affairs, managing the personnel records and files, following up on vacations, transportation, and assignments
• Participates in preparing the annual workforce plan needs and submits them to his line manager for approval and activation in a timely manner
