Job Description
- Design, develop and implement short and long term touristic programs related to all travel products and services.
- Managing the continuous innovation process for developing new programs. This includes negotiating terms and conditions with relevant third party service providers, branding, pricing, and marketing the new program.
- Work in coordination with various departments to develop and execute the required promotions, to market company programs and services through all possible channels.
- Keep abreast of market trends through formal or informal studies, business professional publications, networking and participating in professional organizations.
- Develop and maintain solid working relationships and partnerships with various business partners in the tourism and travel industry
- Develop and manage marketing team to implement marketing action plans to ensure that team consistently and efficiently meets or exceeds company objectives.
- Work closely with all operations team members to ensure constant communication about company programs and packages components and product updates and adopt innovative ideas.
- Keep the operations team up-to-date with all related activities, trade-shows, conferences, and PR activities in relation to the local industry for participation
- Develop and administer business partners’ database for potential cooperation
- Undertake any other duties which may be reasonably assigned by higher management
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism & Hotel Management or relevant field
- Minimum 12 years of working experience of which at least 3 years in a similar senior position
- A Postgraduate degree is considered a plus
- Relevant Technical and professional qualifications are required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Proficient English language ability
