Job Description
- Finding out what the company wants to achieve
- Agreeing the timescales, costs and resources needed
- Drawing up a detailed plan for how to achieve each stage of the project
- Selecting and leading a project team
- Negotiating with contractors and suppliers for materials and services
- Making sure that each stage of the project is progressing on time and on budget
- Reporting regularly on progress to the projects manager and Company management
Job Requirements
- Civil engineer with 15 years experience in construction management
- Worked in the field of real estate construction
- Good leadership skills and highly communication skills
- Preferred New Cairo or Shorouk Resident or near by areas
- BSC of Civil engineer from reputable university
- Good command of English language and MS office applications
