Job Description

  • We are looking for a professional social media moderator, who should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize its content, ensuring stable performance of the related KPIs.
  • Manage & Moderate social media accounts
  • Monitoring and replying comments and questions on social media.
  • Replying to direct message on social media.
  • Collecting and recording new comments and responses for future content development.
  • implement and manage our social media strategy.
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team.
  • Provide constructive feedback.

Job Requirements

  • 2 years of experience as a Social Media Moderator or similar role
  • Solid understanding of social marketing.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
