We are looking for a professional social media moderator, who should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize its content, ensuring stable performance of the related KPIs.
Manage & Moderate social media accounts
Monitoring and replying comments and questions on social media.
Replying to direct message on social media.
Collecting and recording new comments and responses for future content development.
implement and manage our social media strategy.
Measure the success of every social media campaign.
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
Collaborate with Marketing team.
Provide constructive feedback.

2 years of experience as a Social Media Moderator or similar role
Solid understanding of social marketing.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Excellent multitasking skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
