Control of Documents and records according to ISO 9001 and P&G KE 5&15 and relevant SOP

• Master and distribution list are updated
• All controlled SOP, records, are in place.
• Documents control records are completed.
• Maintenance web interface of documents
  

Responsible for handling customer claims

• Reply to the customer with complain acknowledgement 1 working day
• Visit customer and collect samples I necessary
• Info Exchange with MM and responsible department in same day
• Arrange meeting with concerned department with 4 days
• Participate in claim investigation and fill in respective report

Fulfillment of Q Alert Elimination system

• QI reports registered in the sheet, delivered to the concerned department within 1 day of recieve.
• Follow up till received the feedback (CAPA) within 4 days
• Add actions to QHSE action list.
• Prepare monthly charts about the QI KPI

Internal Auditor

• Participate in the internal audits team
• Send respective audit schedules to
• Ensure audit reports filled
• Ensure actions listed in the action list and followed up

Follow up the corrective and preventive action implementation

• Follow up the implementation of the actions generated by QIE, Complaint before due dates.
• Prepare monthly report about Action completion.
• Prepare monthly reports on Claims and QI for last month.

Control of Raw Materials

• Check COA against specification
• Collect WH supervisor inspection sheet and test sheet
• Update the sheet of the RM receiving inspection.
  

Train the new operators on the test methods and working instructions of lab equipment
