Job Description

Description

  • To create and execute social media campaigns to promote the brand, conduct research on competitor practices, learn popular trends to incorporate into the daily operations, respond to complaints, questions and comments left on the social media pages in a timely and appropriate manner in order to ensure customer satisfaction. In addition, continuously monitor site analytics to see what types of content followers respond to the most and adjusts their interaction accordingly within the approved policies, processes, and procedures.

R&Rs:

  • Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
  • Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
  • Suggest, design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI
  • Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
  • Optimize web content to increase traffic and improve SEO
  • Present social media strategies to clients
  • Report on web performance metrics
  • Analyze digital campaigns success
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations Management, or equivalent is required
  • Up to 3 years of experience in Content Creation, Communications, Marketing, Digital Account Management, or Customer Service
  • Proven work experience as a Digital account manager
  • Hands on experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
  • Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
  • Experience with customer service and account management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • Strong analytical skills
