Job Description
BluRoot Inc. is a growing consulting firm based out of Toronto Canada that customizes and implements CRM solutions for their clients. We are looking for a young and eager individual with experience in CRM, specifically, Zoho CRM. Your particular responsibilities will include:
- Module customization (within the CRM).
- Provide CRM Deployment & Installation.
- Manage the delivery of CRM configuration, integration code and data migration.
- Workflow creation (using a drag and drop editor, automated emails and tasks need to be programmed into the system).
- Process mapping (the individual will need to be able to create process maps for the client).
- Ongoing support and upgrades to existing clients CRM systems.
- Custom deluge scripting (language and materials will be provided).
- API creation (using Zoho's api and external systems API's the qualified candidate will need to be able to program accordingly).
Job Requirements
Specific expertise will include:
- BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related subject.
- Hands-on experience architecting solutions that involve CRM customization.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Understand and be able to speak English clearly. All candidates will be interviewed before hiring so their level of English will be determined.
- Skills in customizing CRM solutions.
- Software development expertise.
- Project management expertise.
- Problem solving expertise.
- ZOHO CRM experience.

- This job will be a remote full time job, and will be in an outsourced capacity meaning you will be able to work from home or wherever you feel necessary.
- You will be paid in Canadian Dollars and it will be a fixed rate per month paid weekly.
- This candidate needs to have sufficient internet, and daily calls over skype will be held
