Job Description
- Keep track of production schedules by making sure that they are abiding by the plan and the delivery dates of each PO (Purchase Orders).
- Ensure that the production meets quality instructions.
- Update the operations manager by daily detailed reports of the Products and Raw materials status.
- Update the operations manager by the finished items and the requested transactions.
- Diagnose origin of breakdowns (including human error) and troubleshoot problems.
- Train, supervise and manage production line workers.
- Assessment of each worker's work efficiency and behavior.
- Issue reports concerning workers productivity and efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Production Engineering (at least).
