Job Description
- Moderate social media accounts in relation to the brand”s” in hand on daily bases.
- Monitoring, engaging and replying to consumers’ comments and questions and responding to their requests.
- Publish and share daily content in coordination with the digital marketing team.
- Execute social media tactics based on planned strategic direction.
- Assist in executing social media listening efforts and provide continues monitoring on competitors moves.
- Working on conversion rate enhancements in coordination with digital marketing head.
- Cooperate with other departments, such as Customer Services and Sales to handle special requests or complaints in favor of maintaining brand reputation.
- Reporting performance improvements with required data & insights in relevance to best practice.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year experience
- Good experience with social media
