Job Description
- Determine the needs of users.
- Study product samples, and talk with product designers and developers.
- Properly understand the developed tools and solutions in order to explain them clearly.
- Gather information from the web or from other sources.
- Work with the technical staff to make products easier to use.
- Organize and write supporting documents for products in a clear, simple, and concise language.
- Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animations, and charts to improve users’ understanding.
- Standardize content across platforms and media.
- Gather usability feedback from users and designers.
- Upload the final output of the written material on the system to be accessible for all concerned teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any related field; a postgraduate degree is an asset.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Excellent command of the English and Arabic languages; excellent knowledge of their structure, vocabulary, grammar, and rules of composition.
- Very good computer skills.
- Software Engineering background is a must.
