Job Description

  • Responsible for Account Management strategies in coordination with other functions (Project Management, Marketing, Sales and Brand Management & Production) to meet corporate strategic objectives.
  • Production, delivery and ongoing monitoring of the company’s Account management strategy to meet company objectives and changing market opportunities.
  • Ensures delivery of company sales and revenue targets for serviced clients.
  • Collaborates with the marketing, brand management, project management and client service functions to deliver a complete customer experience.
  • Retains and grows served portfolios through improved customer satisfaction. Ensures that all customer accounts are handled within the requirements and to the standards set and resolves escalated concerns to client satisfaction while taking preventive actions & periodical measures.
  • Performs sales analysis and periodical researches to discover opportunities and identify points of strengths and of weaknesses.
  • Manages key accounts to guarantee customer retention and cooperation expansion (upselling).
  • Monitors the sales team’s activities and assesses their performance.
  • Delivers periodic reports to account management heads about the sales team activities and sales figures.
  • Tracks all stages of the sales process and sales funnels from identification of leads coming from the marketing department, to following up prospecting calls to key clients.
  • Ensures flow of accurate information about the industry & competitors from the marketing department that allows informed decision making.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of account management extensive experience.
  • Strong business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management.
  • Can demonstrate a strong track record of achieving client growth through personal activity but more importantly team leadership.
  • Strategic as well as operational with the teams (A hand-on manager).
  • Sufficient project management skills: analytical and critical thinking, creative problem-solving, excellent time management.
