Job Description
- Responsible for recruitment process
- Manage Wuzzuf account and other channels, posting and filtration.
- Cerate job offer to accepted calibers.
- Responsible for monthly report for new hiring and resignations
- Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
- Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
- Prepare monthly report to general manager to be aware with the variable salaries between months
- Responsible for Social & Medical Insurance.
- Implantation HR policy and system
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration, or any related field
- 3 – 5 years of experience in the HR field.
- Profound knowledge of Egyptian labor law.
- Ability to effectively coach employees.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
