Job Description
- Assets the client and the development director in the assessment of the land potential, development regulations review and the development of the best real estate product for each project based on the market studies and the project financial model,
- Leading the development of the technical services procurement strategy and design packaging strategy,
- Leading the preparation of the professional technical services RFP, consultants pre-qualifications process, consultants short listing, proposals evaluation and final consultant/s selection,
- Lead the negotiation of the consultancy services agreements, contracts administration and performance review & evaluation,
- Lead the development of design time schedules and projects design and construction budgets and take the necessary correction actions to ensure the maintenance of the schedule, cost and quality of the design documentation,
- Employ, train and mentor the design management team,
- Develop a state of the art design management documentation suite for the use of the company and ensure that its always developed and updated to accommodate new lessons learned on the market,
- Provide the technical assistance required for all the projects during construction either through in-house technical team or external consultants to ensure a flawless construction process,
- Monitor the performance of the supervision consultants and take the correction action when needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture
- At least 15 years experience
- Fluent in English
- Excellent Technical Writing
