Job Description
- Will be responsible for working in a target driven sales environment to maximize the opportunity of sales, real estate brokerage, property leasing, and property evaluation to high net worth clients.
Self Generating new prospects and clients to maximize Closing deals. - Identifying customers, give presentation and close the deals independently.
- Meet and advise clients on real estate.
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
Job Requirements
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Have a proven track of sales in a similar position.
- Working knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Self-confident and presentable .
- Preferably lives nearby New Cairo.
- Must own a car
- Have the ability to work under pressure.
