Job Description
- Plan, schedule and supervise team visits to customer on weekly and daily basis to fulfill regular PPM and emergency visits.
- Managing customer support to ensure full customer satisfaction from call center contact to problem assessment ending with problem solving and repair.
- Handling service orders to guarantee minimum execution time Monitor spare parts stock level and ensure adequate availability, with all necessary actions with suppliers such as planning procurement and acquisition, starting from RFQ and PO issuing till delivery.
Job Requirements
- Presentable.
- Experience: 5-10 years
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, communications, Biomedical department are preferred).
- Excellent in English
