Job Description
- knowledge of the Linux systems administration CentOS & Ubuntu.
- MySQL Database Admin.
- Load balance using HAProxy & High availability using heartbeat
- Web services installations and configuration (Apache, Tomcat, Java)
- Installations and configuration for FTP, NFS and Samba server
- RAID background
- Network knowledge, TCP/IP, DNS and routing
- Knowledge of Windows server OS is an advantage
Job Requirements
- Technical Bachelor's Degree - must have graduated within 12 months.
- Duties will include 60% System administration and 40% application support.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills, with regards to trouble shooting and application support.
- Use of Windows/Linux productivity products including: Microsoft Project, Visio, MSTerminal Services, RHEL DS, RHEL Satellite, SSH, Microsoft Office and VMWare VSphere.
- The ability to lift and rack and un-rack servers.
