Job Description

  • Managing parts of projects. (interior and exterior works)
  • Supervising all site activities.
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff.
  • Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.
  • Follow architectural trends, advancements, codes and regulations.
  • Review contractor invoices and Bill Of Quantities.
  • Responsible for all finishing activities such as but not limited to block work & plastering, false ceiling, gypsum walls and painting, tiling and marble works, parquet flooring and landscaping.
  • Preparing weekly and daily target schedules for all types of activities.
  • To check the quality of all the materials received on-site and prepare quality reports, defects if any.
  • Study and prepare the project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), RFI (Request for information), correspondence…etc. to take into consideration all the project details during execution.
  • Prepare a monthly procurement and financial plan to determine the site needs for the upcoming month.
  • Conduct estimated quantity survey to determine the quantity of material that need to be purchased or procured.
  • Conduct the quantity surveying process to prepare required invoices.
  • Prepare the subcontractors’ and client’s invoices based on the progress report sent by the site engineer.
  • Prepare periodical reports such as Quantity Executed Invoices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's in architecture engineering or similar degree.
  • Owns a car
  • Males Only
  • 5-8 years of experience in site supervision
  • 3+ years of experience in Finishing Works & Construction
  • Strong Finishing background with eye to detail
  • Proficiency shop drawings & Quantity Survey and invoices.
  • Experience of construction consultant companies (interior designing) residential buildings.
  • Mastering different drawing tools.
  • Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
  • Familiar with building code and zoning
  • Project management and supervision skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Problem solver.
  • Competence in CAD, Revit and Microsoft office
  • Willing to work in the head office or any site.
