Job Description
- Liaise with Procurement and Production to determine requirements of warehouse and handling space
- Supervise the receipt of items into warehouses – raw material and finished goods – and ensure that they are properly accounted for in the system and stored in the designated area as per warehouse policies, procedures and layout.
- Supervise the issuance of items from warehouses – raw material and finished goods – and ensure that they are properly accounted for in the system and follow established policies and procedures.
- Supervise the transfer of items from main warehouses to branch warehouses as per Sales requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Implement health and safety procedures within warehouses to ensure that team members are properly protected from any hazards.
- Monitor consumables stores, guides storekeeper and ensures the stores function is carried out as per established systems and procedures
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from reputable university
- 5 -8 years of experience
- Previous experience with SAP
- At least 3 years of experience in leading team
- Perfect English language
