A well known fashion retail company is looking for Sales Manager:
Main Duties:
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results.
- Develops a business development of sales plan based on market research
- Manage all the activities of direct sales.
- Control, supervise and monitor Sales staff activities.
- Planning & implementing yearly sales staff activities.
- Forecast, cost and analyze sales results.
- Work closely with other departments.
- Help to implement processes, procedures and tools to maximize the productivity and performance of the sales and marketing functions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 experience in an investment sales.
- Leadership skills are required.
- Must have presentation skills, and business development Sales Planning capability
