About the Job

  • Social Media direction - managing official company's pages on Instagram, Twitter & Facebook
  • Monitoring and replying comments and questions on social media.
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team.
  • Updating orders status on Handel System.
  • Handling Queries Of Customers Problems
  • Maintain the Moderation Guidelines and ensure they are up to date

  • Good social media user
  • The candidate should know how social media works.
  • Understanding of  web traffic metrics.
