About the Job
- Social Media direction - managing official company's pages on Instagram, Twitter & Facebook
- Monitoring and replying comments and questions on social media.
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the customer service team.
- Updating orders status on Handel System.
- Handling Queries Of Customers Problems
- Maintain the Moderation Guidelines and ensure they are up to date
