Job Description
- Issuing client invoices timely and accurately within set deadlines and proper file management to ensure correct reporting
- Coordinating with OPS and Finance to ensure on time recording of expenses and settlement of IOUs and Cheques.
- Ensuring supplier invoices are paid timely.
- Closing Jobs within 30 days and reporting any loss giving transactions.
- Po creation and Billing within set timeliness to ensure timely settlement and correct reporting
- Invoice receipt follow up and coordination with Finance to ensure clear records timely supplier payment.
- Reviewing performance reports and optimizing results.
Job Requirements
- 0 - 2 years of experience
- University Degree , Background of Commerce
- Highly motivated and able efficiently to deliver on time every time
- Good command of English language.
- Willing to learn and willing to be a part of a team to create a developed process to each challenge.
