Job Description
The Business Support coordinator will be in charge of organizing and executing all committees activities that are related to business support. And will be working closely with the Executive director and the committees heads in the preparation and execution of the annual plans and activities (International and national events, meetings, conferences and seminars, organizing business councils meetings whether they are for the Egyptian side or Joint meetings, assisting in the preparation of the business trips and in receiving incoming missions, preparing some country reports including economic indicators and bilateral trade relations). As well as preparing periodical progress reports
Responsibilities:
- International events
- Assisting in national events
- Business Trips Abroad
- Incoming Delegations
- National and International Seminars and Conferences
- Researches on Egyptian and International Markets
- Joint business councils meetings
- Periodical reports in both Arabic and English.
- International Exhibitions and fairs.
- All other business support activities
Job Requirements
- Graduate from Economics or Political Science faculty preferably.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Perfect command of written and spoken English and Arabic languages.
- Additional languages are an asset.
- Typing speed in both English and Arabic
- Background in events organizing is a plus
- Word-excel – outlook and PowerPoint
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in team
- Presentable
