Job Description
- Responding to queries
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- CCNA and MCSA course.
- Strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Good problem-solving, analysis and teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Openness to learning new technologies.
- Strong Computer Skills and the Ability to Troubleshoot and Diagnose Problems
- Familiarity with both PC Hardware and Software
- Experience with Network Repairs and Analysis
