Job Description
- Introduce the service to the clients
- Expand Accounts both horizontal and vertical.

- Smoothing the work flow through correct and accurate data interpretation and delivery.
- Close market monitoring to keep the lead position of the company through proactive not reactive actions
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identifies development potential in accounts by studying current business; interviewing key customer personnel and company personnel who have worked with customer; identifying and evaluating additional needs; analyzing opportunities.
- Initiates sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments.
- Develops sales by making initial presentation; explaining products and services; introducing new products and services.
- Closes sales by overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
- Managing a portfolio of accounts through acting as the link between the client and the agency to ensure the client’s needs and goals are met.
- Responsible for client relationship around day-to-day deliverables
- Manage client expectations - bring issues with solutions to clients’ attention before they become problems, or advise a client of potential deliverable delays
- Responsible for achieving revenue of a territory in terms of:
- Manage the current client portfolio
- Acquire new clients
- Contributes information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analyzing and relaying customer reactions.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English & Arabic language (both spoken and written)
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a medical representative or account manager in advertising agency
- Health care background or advertising background is preferred.
