Job Description

  • Introduce the service to the clients
  • Expand Accounts both horizontal and vertical.
  • Achieve client full satisfaction through real partnership relation in a very ethical way with the highest profitable margin for the company.
  • Smoothing the work flow through correct and accurate data interpretation and delivery.
  • Close market monitoring to keep the lead position of the company through proactive not reactive actions

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identifies development potential in accounts by studying current business; interviewing key customer personnel and company personnel who have worked with customer; identifying and evaluating additional needs; analyzing opportunities.
  • Initiates sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments.
  • Develops sales by making initial presentation; explaining products and services; introducing new products and services.
  • Closes sales by overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts through acting as the link between the client and the agency to ensure the client’s needs and goals are met.
  • Responsible for client relationship around day-to-day deliverables
  • Manage client expectations - bring issues with solutions to clients’ attention before they become problems, or advise a client of potential deliverable delays
  • Responsible for achieving revenue of a territory in terms of:
  • Manage the current client portfolio
  • Acquire new clients
  • Contributes information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analyzing and relaying customer reactions.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English & Arabic language (both spoken and written)
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a medical representative or account manager in advertising agency
  • Health care background or advertising background is preferred.
