Job Description
Job purpose:
- To build and lead an effective field force team in order to maximize sales, market share & market share growth, according to marketing strategies.
Job Dimensions: Span of control 6:8 Medical Representatives.
Major Accountabilities:
- Achieve assigned sales objectives and prescription targets for core products by Individual territory and region.
- Develop regional action plan to optimize field force performance aligned with Overall Company plan.
- Monitor and control District / regional, sales and expense budgets.
- Manage field force productivity according to SFE Plan:" days in field, average number calls/representative/day, targeting and frequency".
- Ensure regular updating of customer’s lists and the required information.
- Enhance customer service and establish good relationship with key customers and opinion leaders.
- Coach, motivate and develop the field force to continually improve performance.
- Analysis of territorial sales and market information and implementation of Corrective measures whenever needed.
- Ensure regular entry & fulfilments of call reports and high quality targeting information and into The Sales Force effectiveness System.
- Analyze “Sales Reports” derived information and fit outcome into action plan/share with other 2nd line managers.
- Stimulate and develop activities (other than individual detailing) that support relationship building and drive sales of allocated company products.
- Ensure continuity/loyalty in field force teams.

Job Requirements
Education / Experience:
- Experience: 1:3 years’ Experience in similar position in National or Multi-national Pharmaceutical Companies. / Age : 27-33 Years
- Education: University degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary, Medical or Dentist Desirable Trainings: Management / Marketing courses / Languages: English
