Job Description:

  • Dealing with British Customers.
  • Handling Customer queries.
  • Deliver the Best Customer Experience.
  • Update the customers with the new offers and deals
  • Promote the company good reputation to the customers.

More Details:

  • Salary Net: 2,850 EGP
  • Bonus Performance: up to 1,175EGP on a monthly basis
  • Overtime: from 600 EGP up to 1,500 EGP on a monthly basis

Work Conditions:

  • 9 Working Hours Rotational Shift ( including 1 hour Break)
  • 5 Working Days, 2 Days Off - Rotational

  • Interview Location: Smart Village

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in English IS A MUST
  • Graduates Only
  • Fresh graduates and experienced personnel are encouraged to apply.
  • Experienced in call centers is a plus
  • Maximum Age: 40.
