- Serve as point for client-service philosophy; ensuring quality work from team in order to meet/exceed client expectations.
- Translate client business needs into communications action steps with solution-oriented focus.
- Provide overall strategic PR counsel to clients.
- Present and pitch for new business
- Identify/Integrate new communications capabilities and solutions and engage others.
- Effectively resolve conflict with clients and within teams.
- Manage client portfolios with minimum supervision.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, journalism or related studies.
- Minimum of 6 years of public relations.
- Agency experience or the equivalent experience with an agency model.
- Stellar writing and editing skills in both English and Arabic, ability to turn around content under tight deadlines.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Highly accountable and organized with excellent time management skills.
- Confident interpersonal skills with media and other stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize a workload and be motivated to complete tasks.
- Ability to perform duties with a high degree of accuracy and attention to details.
- Respect and understanding of confidentiality and of others views/opinions.
