Main Job Duties:
- Production of unique architectural, urban & landscape Pre-concept Design, Concept Design, Schematic design
- A resilient work ethic with attention to detail, design quality, aesthetics & market trends
- Consistently seek to improve the company’s design & operational quality efficiently & intuitively
- Handling a client facing role & review as well as representing the professionalism of the organisation at all times
Job Requirements
- Bach of Engineering - Architect.
- Experience of design / construction in a variety of building types
- Strong conceptual thinking
- Strong sense of concept design and competitive winning work with a proven track record of major project delivery [in the form of a portfolio]
- Proficient in the use of concept design tools: Sketch up, Revit, 3D Max, Photoshop
- Familiar with Local Codes of Practice
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Good verbal /written communication [well versed in English] and organisational skills
- 8+ years relevant experience as a concept design architect.
